• Quiz answers — your responses to the quiz, including questions about energy, motivation, consistency, and related patterns. These answers are used only to personalize your results and plan; they are not a medical or diagnostic record.
• Contact details — the email address and first name you provide to see your results.
• Payment information — if you purchase a plan, payment is handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — which quiz screens you view, so we can understand where people drop off and improve the experience.
• Advertising identifiers — if you arrive from a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad, we may record ad-related browser identifiers to measure ad performance.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party services to run this Service:

• Supabase — our database provider, which stores your quiz answers and contact details securely.
• Stripe — our payment processor, which handles all card details directly; we never receive your full card number.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — used for advertising measurement, so we can tell whether our ads are working. This may include sending Meta a record that a conversion (e.g. completing the quiz, or purchasing) happened, without sharing your specific quiz answers.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account/lead record is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Contact below).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Marketing emails

If you opted in during the quiz, we may send you occasional emails with tips and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
